Liturgy of the Word with Holy Communion: This Liturgy will replace the daily Mass on Wednesday May 14th at 9am in Our Lady and St. Kevin’s Church, Littleton. It will be led by a Minister of the Word and a Minister of the Eucharist.
Exam Mass: A special Mass for all students preparing for the Leaving and Junior Cert examinations will take place in Our Lady & St. Kevin’s Church, Littleton on Sunday, May 25th at 12.00.
The monthly meeting of the Parish Pastoral Team: Will take place in the Parish Office on Monday 12th of May at 7:30 pm.
Sacrament of Baptism: The next information session will be held in the Parish Office on this Monday June 9th from 7.30-8.15pm. Please contact the Parish Office in advance to confirm your place on the course. Parish Office (0504 – 60018).
St. Pio Relics: Will visit Holycross Abbey on Sat 24th and Sun 25th May. Veneration and ceremonies from 10am to 8pm on Saturday and 9am to 8pm on Sunday (incorporating our annual St. Pio Pilgrimage on Sunday from 1.30pm). All are welcome. Summer Camp: For the children of the Parish will take place from July 28th – July 31st inclusive. More details to follow.
The Blue Door and Thurles Lions Club: Will present a free talk on ‘When the Body Says No – the cost of hidden stress’ by Sabine Eggers, Community Pharmacist. The talk will be held in the Stanwix Village on Saturday 17th May. Refreshments from 10.30am and the talk will begin at 11.30am.
Parish Lottery: Congratulations to Mary Hillery winner of this week’s Parish Lotto. The Jackpot now stands at €5,000.
