Mass of Thanksgiving: Mr. Christy Clancy, Principal of St. Kevin’s National School, Littleton will be retiring after 30 years of outstanding service to the school. A special Mass to mark his retirement will be celebrated in St. Kevin’s Church, Littleton on Wednesday, December 18th at 10am.   All are welcome to attend.

Sacrament of Baptism: The next information session will be held in the Parish Office on Monday January 13th from 7.30-8.15pm. Please contact the Parish Office in advance to confirm your place on the course. Parish Office (0504 – 60018).


Christmas Collection for the Clergy: Will be held at all Masses this weekend. We ask everyone to contribute.


Moycarkey N.S.: Mass & Nativity Story on Tuesday, 17th December at 7.00p.m. in Moycarkey Church.  All families and friends welcome.


Moycarkey Church Cleaning: Will take place next Thursday, 19th December, after 9.00am Mass.  Lots of help, men & women, needed.


In Tune for Life Orchestra accompanied by the McGrath School of Irish Dance in association with Two-Mile-Borris National School: On Thursday, December 19th @ 7.30pm in the Dome, Thurles.  Doors open at 7pm. Christmas Cards: Beautifully designed Christmas Cards featuring the names of our three villages in the parish are now been sold in the Parish Office, price –  €1 per card.

St. Vincent de Paul Society: Wishes to thank all those who contributed to the recent Church gate collection. Your generosity is much appreciated.

Coffee Morning/Cake Sale: Ryan Hayes & John Flynn are holding a coffee morning in Bannon’s lounge after 10.30 Mass on Sunday, 15th December to raise funds for the Special Olympics Tipperary team who are going to the North of Ireland to compete next March.

Afternoon Tea in aid of the Hope Foundation: Will take place in Múintir na Tíre Hall, Littleton on Sunday, 15th December from 12.30 to 3.00 pm. Juli McConnell, a TY student from Two-Mile-Borris, will be travelling to Calcutta to work with the street children. Come along for a chat and some home baking. Donations gratefully accepted. 

Film: Love & Mercy: Due to public demand this film is back in IMC Thurles on Monday, 16th December.
