Weekday Masses

Moycarkey Church: Monday to Thursday at 9.00am; Friday at 6.30pm.

Littleton Church: Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri at 9.00am: Wed at 7.30pm.

Two-Mile-Borris Church: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10.00am.

First Friday: Communion calls to the sick and the housebound at the usual times.

A Healing Service: As part of our preparation for Christmas we cordially invite you and your family to join us for our Parish Healing Service in Littleton Church on Wednesday, December 4th at 7.30pm. After the Healing Service and Mass, you will have an opportunity to avail of the Sacrament of Reconciliation (confession). Visiting clergy will be in attendance to hear confessions.

Christmas Carol Service: Will take place in St. Kevin’s Church, Littleton on Friday, December 13th at 7.30pm.  The parish choir, folk group & children from our local schools will participate. All are welcome.

 

Christmas Cards: Beautifully designed Christmas Cards featuring the names of our three villages in the parish are now been sold in the Parish Office, price –  €1 per card.

Christmas Market: will take place in Littleton Community Hall this Sunday  December 1st from 12.30am – 4.00pm. Free Admission. All proceeds to Moycarkey Borris Ladies Football & Camogie Club. Please support.

 

Moycarkey Coolcroo Athletic Club: Will hold a clothing collection on Saturday, December 7th from 2pm-4pm. Collection points opposite Two-Mile-Borris National School & Community Centre, Littleton.

Christmas by Candlelight with Vocalize & Guests:  St. Patrick’s College Chapel, December 7th at 8pm in aid of Suir Haven. Tickets €10 from Bookworm or the College office.

St. Vincent de Paul Annual Church Gate Collection: Will be held after all Masses next weekend. Your support is much appreciated. 

 

In Tune for Life Orchestra accompanied by the McGrath School of Irish Dance in association with Two-Mile-Borris National School: On Thursday, December 19th @ 7.30pm in the Dome, Thurles.  Doors open at 7pm. Two-Mile-Borris Christmas Lights: Switching on of lights on Saturday December, 7th at 7.00p.m.  All gather beside the Church to welcome Santa & to sing along to the Christmas Hymns. Treats for everyone! All Welcome.

MLTMB Community Alert Meeting: Will take place on Monday, December 2nd in Múintir Na Tíre Hall, Littleton. Martin Quinn will be telling his inspirational story.  All are welcome.

Seinn; Thursday, 5th December @ 7.30pm in the Cathedral, Thurles:  Come and enjoy the joyful liturgical singing of our young people from secondary schools of our diocese. Admission free & donations to Cashel & Emly. Youth Ministry are welcome.

‘RAISE THE FOOF’ – CATHEDRAL REFOOFING PROJECT:

Thurles Cathedral Choir Gala Concert: Thurles Cathedral Choir accompanied by Clonmel Orchestra  in concert next Sunday, December 1st in the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles at 7.30pm. Enjoy an evening of seasonal music & song. Admission free. Donation optional towards the Cathedral Reroofing Project.
