MASSES FOR THE HOLY SOULS:
On Sunday November 1 at 3.00pm the bishops and priests of Ireland will lead a prayer service to dedicate the month of November to ‘Remembrance of the Dead and Prayer for the Bereaved’. This ceremony will be streamed live.
Due to the current pandemic we are not permitted to distribute envelopes. Please use your own envelop and insert the names of those you would like to be remembered at our Masses. Thirty (30) Masses will be celebrated for the Holy Souls.
It is traditional to recite the rosary every Sunday during the month of November and bless the graves. The graves will be blessed by the parish clergy in early November. Unfortunately, we cannot have the same celebration and gatherings that we had in the past. This year we are asking families to make a private visit and pray for their loved ones.
A special Mass for all those who died during the last twelve months will be streamed live from St. Kevin’s Church in Littleton on Thursday, November 12th at 7.30pm.
