Littleton: Thursday after 9.00am Mass to 10.30am & 7.30pm to 8.30pm (please note change of time).  Holy Hour will be held in Littleton Church on Tuesdays from 7 – 8 pm.

Harvest Thanksgiving Mass: Members of the Church of Ireland will join us for Mass in Littleton on Saturday, October 26th  at 7.30pm to celebrate the Harvest Thanksgiving Mass. After Mass a brief prayer service will be held in the Church of Ireland followed by refreshments. Rev. Graham Sawyer & the Church of Ireland community would like as many people as possible to join them for this special occasion.

 

Self Help Africa: An amount of €867.20 was collected at our recent Church Gate Collection.  Many thanks for your generosity.

Tipperary Ladies Gaelic Football: Church Gate Collection will take place after all Masses this weekend.

Mission Sunday: This weekend all parishes are celebrating World Mission Sunday. It’s a way, chosen by Pope Francis, that gives support to those suffering within our Church family. A collection will be taken up at all Masses this weekend. It will be used to support overseas missionaries, many of whom work in some of the world’s most impoverished communities.

Ministers of the Eucharist/Ministers of the Word/Adult Choir: A meeting will take place in the Múintir Na Tíre Hall, Littleton on Wednesday, November 6th at 7.30pm.  Fr. Éamonn Fitzgibbon, Director of the Irish Institute for Pastoral Studies (based in St. Patrick’s Campus, Thurles), will speak about the importance of all roles. All members are requested to attend.

Seinn Cashel & Emly Workshops: All members of parish choirs, adult & youth are invited to worshops on the liturgical music/song of Seinn as follows:  Tuesday, November 5th 2019 @ 7.30pm at St. Anne’s Secondary School, Tipperary & Thursday, November 7th 2019 @ 7.30pm in Bóthar na Naomh Church, Thurles.  All those members of the parish choirs who attend these workshops can come along & sing at the Seinn event on December 5th in the Cathdral.  All are welcome. The Blue Door Service: Is moving from Liberty Square to the Thurles Social Services building situated between the Courthouse and Premier Hall, Rossa St., Thurles. This listening service is available free for all those who are burdened and need assistance and is open Monday & Friday evenings, 7 to 8.30pm. Tel: 085 2246371.
