HOLYCROSS ABBEY SOLEMN NOVENA 2024: Will run from Sunday 8th to Monday 16th September. Monday to Saturday sessions at 7am, 10.30am, 4.30pm & 7.30pm (please note there is a 12.30pm session on Sundays but no 4.30pm). There will be a Penitential Service on Friday 13th at 7.30pm, Anointing of the Sick on Saturday 14th at 2pm and Blessing of Infants on Sunday 15th September at 2.30pm. Moycarkey Coolcroo AC: Will hold a Church Gate Collection on Saturday 31st August and Sunday 1st September. Your support is greatly appreciated as we continue to improve the facilities for all athletes. Training for kids will resume on Tuesday 3rd September. Card payment will be available.

Monster Metal Scrap Collection Fundraiser: Thurles Mart, Friday August 30th & Saturday August 31st. All types of scrap metal accepted. All Proceeds to the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles Reroofing Fund.
