Holy Week Ceremonies

Easter 2023:

Moycarkey: Good Friday – Stations of the Cross at 1.45pm; Holy Saturday – Easter Vigil at 8.00pm.

Littleton:  Holy Thursday – Evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper at 7.30pm; Good Friday – Celebration of the Lord’s Passion at 3.30pm;

Stations of the Cross at 7.30pm.

Two-Mile-Borris: Good Friday – Outdoor Stations of the Cross in Liathmore at 12 Noon; Holy Saturday – Easter Vigil at 6.00pm.

Easter Sunday Masses at the usual Sunday times.

Sacrament of Baptism: The next information session will be held in the Parish Office on Monday April 3rd from 7.30-8.15pm. Please contact the Parish Office in advance to confirm your place on the course. Parish Office (0504 – 60018).

Parish Lottery: Congratulations to Thomas Cummins winner of this week’s Parish Lotto. The Jackpot now stands at €950.

Moycarkey-Borris Saint Patrick’s Day Parade: The prize giving night for the parade will take place in Darmody’s Bar in Littleton on Saturday April 1st at 10pm. Refreshments served on the night and music by Stephen Quirke & Tom Quinlan.

Coffee Morning: In aid of the Irish Cancer Society in Muintir Na Tire Hall, Littleton on Saturday, April 1^st from 10.00am – 12.00 Noon.  All Welcome.
